Junk food is now available being eating all over the world. Since 1970s, "junk food" has been around us. In term, Junk food being various form and popular fast food also known junk food. We offen see fast food in street, Restaurants, market place were people enjoy eating it It reach in low rutrients value and highly calories. Junk food is highly processed food. Soft drinks are not much effective as fruits Juice, provide vitamin and minerals. Junk food affects the people and children health increase fat in body. decrease the immunity and strength, increase lazyness, weak the body and affect diageous system. 
         
Junk food is undigestable food. If you keep eating on regular basic. it lead to the risk of obesity and cancer. Some foods, like pizza and tacous can be consider in healthy or junk food as it depends upon the species, materials. ingredient and green. Fast food are not safe to eat, it is attack by moisture in air. This foods are not cover even. A case study on junk food exposed that as he age of 30. People suffer from scme cancer. heart attack, risk of cardiovascular disease and many other health conditions. People who sactifies by the junk food are less likely to eat Fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are  rich in nutrients  like protein, Minerals, carbohydrates, vitamine and highly in calories, provides sufficient strength to body and good for health. Basically. Homemade food are better for health. It important to understand that junk food not suitable for body growth and development ard it's negatively impact our energy level and emotional well being. To live a healthy and long life, its crucial to take homemade food.
