Yoga is a form of exercise that has developed in ancient India. Yoga is a group of physical, mental and discipline exercise. Yoga main aimed to controlling and stilling the mind and provide calmness. Yoga being one the the precious gift from nature which collects our soul and nature life. It also strength the inner and outer body by
connecting them to nature. The term "yoga" is the western word often denotes a modern form of hastha yoga or 'asanas'. Physical fitness, stress-relief, stilling the mind, gaining insight, consentraction of mind, focus on mediation etc. its all can be gain from yoga.
In addition to releasing molecules damaging free radicals from the lungs, the deep breathing techniques used in yoga increase the breathing and burning of fats cells due to increase oxygen intake of body. Circulation improved through our the body
and blood alkalinity levels, which harmful if too high, even out. It reflex from stress, boost immedities system, decrease joint pain, provide healthy and good sleep, allow to wake up fast in time improve digestion, flexibility and developed muscle and skin.
Daily yoga practice provide development inner and outer body strength. It needs daily practice to get the proper benefit of yoga. For better life, Yoga is very good being for health. It acts an alternative medicine if practice continuesly. International yoga day is celebrated every year on 21st June as a global event. Yoga is practiced with a variety of methods by all Indian religious.
 In Hindustan, practice include janana yoga, bhakti yoga, karma yoga, laya yoga and Hatha yoga. Yoga is very easy and safe type of practice that can be done by any age people and children to take its all benefits.
